Angle-Mirrored Bookcases
The Lean Book Shelf by Monocomplex Sports an Ombre Color Palette

{SummaryTitle}

The Lean Book Shelf looks as though it is leaning against a mirrored wall. Nevertheless, that is not the case at all, although the illusion created may be the reason behind its name. In reality, it simply boasts bilateral symmetry in which the angle of each is mimicked by the other rather than continued through.

Designed by Monocomplex, a studio based in Seoul, South Korea, each side of the Lean Book Shelf is angled in such a way as to make it appear as though it were being pulled in two different downward directions. The books may be leaning away from each other, but this creates a visually stimulating aesthetic.

The Lean Book Shelf also sports a monochromatic ombre color palette, slowly going from light grey to black, top to bottom.
