Compact Cubby Hole Apartments
The Le Refuge Apartments in France are Fully Equipped Wonders

By: Katie Pagnotta (Rockstar) Dec 24, 12

The Le Refuge apartments in Menuires, France, provide maximum capacity living quarters in compact spaces with inventive reworked designs.

The firm H2O Architectes have created wonderfully functional and sleek living spaces for large families. The 55-square-meter apartment boasts eight sleeping quarters, two bathrooms, thick walls and full amenities. The architects got creative and decided to use cut-outs in walls to create full-size cubbies for beds and storage. As well, there is a solid wood finish that appears throughout the design. The final result is a brilliant and stunning space with a one-of-a-kind design and appeal. The apartment is full of clean-lines, symmetry and has an overall cohesive feel.

The Le Refuge apartments in France are compact, well-executed and successful ambitious designs.
