Kaleidoscope by La Grande Epicerie de Paris utilizes technology to create amazing chocolate creations for Easter 2013.
The nomenclature of this food creation seems quite fitting as chocolate shapes take on a geometric and hypnotic shape. Kaleidoscope is a collaboration with chocolatier Daniel Mercier that revisits Easter confectioneries adding an colorful and angular edge.
The culinary creations come in the shapes of traditional holiday motifs like rabbits, hens and bunnies. “We wanted to create precious objects, but also fun, breaking with the traditional forms of Easter,” says La Grande Epicerie de Paris of Kaleidoscope. Each item has limited availability as it is hand-crafted by Mercier. Boasting exclusivity and a novel aesthetic, these culinary delights are sure to excite this Easter 2013.
