As stunning as the K-Chair & K-Plus footstool are, I can’t help but have the creepy feeling that they were carved out of bones. That bone-like texture is a testament to its master craftsmanship considering how smooth and sinuous the finished product is.
Designed by Helle Damkjaer for Japanese furniture manufacturer Kitani, the K-Chair & K-Plus footstool is actually made out of SEN wood. Elegant, minimalist, and modern, these pieces also have an organic feel.
