Maniacally Dark Drawings
Jeff Christensen Doesn't Spare on the Grim Details with His Work

By: Michael Hemsworth (Rockstar) Apr 5, 13
{SummaryTitle}

When it comes to art, I always enjoy being shocked or disturbed and Jeff Christensen’s sketches are right up my alley for creating darkly surrealist depictions that are deliciously maniacal. The sketches are hard to describe, which is why it’s best to peruse the lot yourself and come to your own conclusions, but it’s important to note the various layers of meaning that Christensen has hidden within each of these works.

There is certainly the concept of good and evil at play, but what about the in between region? A maniacal sense of wonder enwraps each sketch in what has to be the work of a true master. Take a moment to really appreciate each of the works before moving on. You might come to some interesting conclusions after a longer analysis than previously thought.
