Jimmy Kimmel’s mocking ‘iPad Mini Commercial’ pokes fun at the rapid fire release of Apple products. The tech brand has been known to offer new and improved editions of its MacBooks, iPods and iPhones on a yearly if not bi-annual basis, leading some to criticize the need for the new frameworks.
The iPad Mini Commercial tracks the development of Mac wares with looks at thin, wide, tall, touch and audio features. Though the additions do flow logically, each one improving upon the last, Kimmel points to the redundancy of the often slight changes.
This short clip also coincides with Hurricane Sandy. Kimmel is apt to criticize New York citizens who choose to line up for the release of the iPad Mini during the onset of the storm, suggesting that they should have more pressing concerns to attend to.
