The South Korean artist Hong Sung Chul has produced a series of hanging string art that is currently on display at the UK Hada Contemporary Art Gallery. A graduate of the California Institute of the Arts, the Chul collection is a stunning exhibit of the human form.

Focused on facial and limb-centric imagery, the lifelike string structures are meant to engage viewers. As the elastic strings are strewn across dual platforms, spectators must stand at a certain angle if they wish to be privy to the totality of the displays. And let’s face it, who wouldn’t?
