The second Heineken art competition in celebration of Black History Month has launched. The contest, which kicked off last year, asks fans to submit art pieces for a chance to win $5,000 as well as have their artwork showcased in an upcoming marketing campaign from Heineken.
The Heineken art competition, launched by Heineken US, will be featured on the brand’s Facebook fan page. You just have to ‘Like’ the page to submit your artwork. In terms of criteria, your art will be judged based on originality and creativity as well as representation of black history and the spirit of the Heineken brand.
The contest will run until Feb. 17, after which the pieces will be subject to votes from the public. The 10 submissions with the highest votes will be presented before a jury, who gets to decide the grand prize winner.
