The Haerfest Spring/Summer 2012 collection is full of stylish and simple luggage basics.
Haerfest, pronounced “harvest,” is a label focused on design and craftsmanship and is available through Opening Ceremony. New York-based designers and brothers Tim and Dan Joo started the brand to “create the products and lifestyle they envisioned,” according to their website.
The luggage line, made from real leather, is offered in grey olive, navy slate and carmine red this season. The brand also emphasizes attention to detail and the use of quality materials, both of which are reflected in the final product. The brothers have an interesting background previous to starting their own label, with Tim having studied at Parsons and Dan an engineer. The Haerfest Spring/Summer 2012 designs are gender neutral and perfect for a weekend getaway or for those who love large carryalls.
