It’s called Pacojet and it is a monster of a blender. Touting themselves as a ‘breakthrough in food processing technology,’ Pacojet was designed to create frozen desserts - all you have to do is freeze something (like a whole fish) and run it through the machine to create a… well… fish sorbet. They call it ‘pacotizing’. Talk about niche marketing! $3450USD.
