Forget about secret shoppers, the EyeSee Mannequin is the latest piece of technology to hit retail stores in order to improve sales and customer satisfaction. The EyeSee Mannequin may look like a standard mannequin, but it has been embedded with a camera that captures images of passersby in addition to crucial facial-recognition software, which is capable of identifying a customer’s age, gender and race.

The Verge reveals that one Almax client introduced a kids collection when noting the amount of children in the store while another hired Chinese-speaking employees due to high Asian customers.
