Crispy Charcoal-Infused Donuts
Dunkin' Donuts Thailand Has a Menu of Edible Charcoal-Flavor Donuts

{SummaryTitle}

Dunkin’ Donuts Thailand recently introduced 27 special-edition black donuts made from “an edible charcoal composed of bamboo and baked bark imported from Europe.”

When barbecuing, the appearance of black charcoal is an indicator that your food will soon burn to a crisp. However undesirable the appearance of charcoal may be, Dunkin’ Donuts Thailand is embracing charcoal with charred flavors like ‘Charcoal Jalapeño,’ ‘Charcoal Choco Chili’ and ‘Charcoal French Praline.’

Each of the donuts is a dark color that could easily be mistaken for a chocolate flavor, which is then glazed, decorated and topped with icing that balances out the untraditional flavor. These novelty donuts are certainly something to try if you are headed to a Dunkin’ Donuts Thailand location anytime soon.
