The rush that you experience when you take a swig of whiskey is well represented in the new Design Bridge Johnnie Walker packaging. You’re instantly hit with a surge of strong flavor that’s long been the brand’s signature.
Working with photographer Marcel Christ, the creative team hoped to translate this into a visual spectacle that could be applied to the tins and boxes that encase the bottles on the liquor store shelf. Two different graphics were chosen for Design Bridge Johnnie Walker packaging: one for the Red Label and one for the Black Label. The first is a perfectly timed snapshot of explosive spattering liquid while the latter is an entrancing swirl of the bright orange beverage.
