The Edgar Berg Deniska Kalavaska photoshoot shows off the dainty figure and face of the Slovakian model with powerful beams of light. Through the window of an urban high rise building streamed in thick sun rays, capturing readers in the luminous haze.

Kalavaska was provided with a natural look here, one that would keep up with the earthy lighting scheme. This stemmed from the work of makeup artist Juan Romero. Romero applied light layers of mascara and an off-red lipstick, allowing Kalavaska’s cosmetic appearances to mesh easily with not only the bright backdrop but also with the apparel, displayed to viewers via the puffy Spanish coat, plain back top and a salt and pepper scarf.
