The British fashion photographer began his career as an assistant to photographers Robert Erdmann and Norman Watson before he went off on his own. In 1993, 2000 and 2001 Sims signed one-year exclusive contracts to Harper’s Bazaar. Since then, his work has been featured in W magazine, The Face, Arena and Dazed & Confused, among others.
