David Morales Colón must have really, really loved riding motorcycles. His wake featured his casually dressed corpse sitting on top of his motorcycle. Cool.

Body viewings are usually somber occasions. Bodies are supposed to be inside caskets, and motorcycles are usually left outside. Surprisingly, I like the idea behind the David Morales Colón wake. We don’t spend our lives lying in caskets, so why should we have to sit in one when we’re dead? Don’t get me wrong, I still think this looks creepy, but I love the spirit behind it.
