Surprise! The greenovations continue. The SunChips brand has introduced its 100% compostable chip bags.

Attempting to limit the number of tumbleweed chip bags rolling down the street, SunChips has created the first (of many, I’m sure) compostable chip bags, which are designed to completely break down and dissolve in 14 weeks. There is the slight stipulation, however, that in order for the bag to completely disintegrate, it has to find it way into a hot compost pile… There are a ton of those on city streets, right?
