The 48-foot long Colorado State Patrol ad is 14-feet tall and features a panel section that looks like it was rolled back with a sardine can key. Bill Kinsey created the 3-D ripped-metal effect for Denver-based agency Amélie Company. Ultimately, it proves that shock value doesn’t have to be gruesome to be effective.
