Don describes that efficient collaboration practices include those which take full advantage of brainstorming and working together on singular documents that can be micro-blogged to the rest of the company. These are just some of the intricate strategies and ideas he discusses.
In order to establish a greater chance of successfully implementing these processes, Don recommends three things. The first is a group of younger employees who are typically apt with technology and willing to grow with the desired culture, discover the requirements and customization that is involved, and have senior management completely support and endorse these strategies.
