I’m a huge fan of retro-modern fascinators like this Chop Suey Palace Hat by Topsy Turvy Designs. One of my favorite modern pin-up models, Bernie Dexter, is modeling this adorable headpiece, so you know it’s hot.

The Chop Suey Palace Hat looks just like something you might get from a Chinese take-out restaurant, complete with mini chopsticks. It takes a very confident woman to pull this look off, but I think it’s delicious.
