At first glance at these images, you might think “same old, same old, Flickr poor collection.” However, you would be wrong. I feel that the rather peculiar online sugary cereal museum in fact reveals so much more.
The design, the toys, the names, and even the cereal stand as statements and as pieces of social history from the era in which they were made. Simply glancing at some of the pictures in this gallery had me back in the 1980’s faster than you could say Marty McFly.
I must find UK based cereal with “larger marshmallows,” as a matter of urgency.
