Chef Frederick H. Nesbitt is a trained chef and owner of his own catering company. The company is called Cannabis Catering, and as you may have guessed, its style of cuisine is different from most.
Nesbitt started the company when a diabetic friend’s mother was diagnosed with cancer. Marijuana is often prescribed to lessen the effects of chemotherapy.
Cannabis Catering is a result of Nesbitt’s urge to find a way to give patients their medication without inhaling smoke or consuming high-sugar “special brownies.”
Thus, all clients of the company must be accompanied by a legal prescription (and $100.00 per plate).
