This BMW Clever is a concept done in collaboration with the University of Bath, and it stands for Compact Low Emission Vehicle for Urban Transportation.

The BMW Clever is a three-wheeled vehicle that is meant to run on compressed natural gas; its engine cuts carbon dioxide emissions by 50% compared to traditional economy cars.

The BMW Clever is one of the designs that may come to fruition under BMW’s Project i program, which seeks to explore alternative vehicle designs that are less harmful to the environment.
