B Condoms is another social business that has taken safe sex into its mission. Don’t get confused with Lifestyle or Trojan, however, the brands in line with this business are more so brands like GLYDE, a vegan condom company, ConCon.org, an online store that uses the now ubiquitous one-for-one model, and the ever popular to the eye, Sir Richard’s Condoms.
But B Condoms is seemingly trying to add a different spin to the mix when it comes to marketing, that is, the slogan is “where luxury meets social responsibility.” How exactly can condoms be luxurious? Perhaps in part because they’re sold at Whole Foods. Either way, the social responsibility component comes in through part of sales going toward sex education, testing and prevention campaigns with communities in need.
