The next level of car-buying is here, with Audi City, which is set to revolutionize the auto industry. Audi City is an immersive digital showroom that allows customers to explore the different Audi models via interactive touchscreen displays and videos.
The Audi City showroom is amazing for several reasons, but perhaps the most notable is that it turns the way we buy vehicles right on its head. Not only does it effectively use retail space to display its entire lineup of autos—typical car showrooms can only fit so many full-sized models—but it also provides customers with an engaging and experiential shopping experience so they leave loving (if they didn’t already) the Audi brand. According to Digital Buzz Blog, the store features interactive digital walls that are controlled by pressure sensor floor plates.
The first Audi City store will open in London, but the auto brand has plans to open at least 20 more locations by 2015.
