{SummaryTitle}

‘Your Face on Meth’ is a new app and anti-meth campaign. Designed by Rehabs.com in partnership with digital agency Fractl, the web-based app takes one’s portrait and shows the short-term and long-term effects of continued methamphetamine use. By uploading a picture or taking a new photo with a webcam, one can see their meth-addicted selves at 3, 6, and 12 months, and at 2 and 5 years. The horrific results depict sunken cheeks, mottled skin, black eyes and face sores.

The app is similar to FatBooth or OldBooth, but is in no way humorous. The anti-meth campaign serves to act as a deterrent and was inspired by technology police departments and educators sometimes use to dissuade students from becoming drug addicts.
