In the world of amazing, heart attack-inducing food, the American pizza has to be among the most ridiculous meals ever created. The American pizza is sure to clog more than a few arteries; the toppings include two McDonald’s cheeseburgers, a six piece box of chicken McNuggets and a medium-sized box of fries all covered with cheese.

Also using a store-bought pizza crust and tomato sauce, the American pizza is an easily-recreated food concoction. Try it at your own risk.
