This Abigail Solberg cookbook makes baking a piece of cake!
Solberg’s cookbook, entitled the Sum of the Parts, gives traditional recipes a much needed renovation. Instead of following the standard and printing her scrumptious recipes in words, Abigail opted for a different method of communication. She created a diagram for each recipe that is in chart form and tells the baker the exact quantities of the ingredients they need. This easy-to-read diagram is comprised of small segments of color that represent each ingredient; each segment is equal to one tablespoon of the ingredient, and an entire enclosed circle of segments equates to one cup.
