City-Wide Covers Strange... As a Houstonian I have 3 comments... 1. Would that keep our pollution out or keep it in? 2. Aside from hurricanes, Houston floods pretty easily, including the downtown area. This seems like it could create issues with flooding. 3. If a mistake was made, and this thing fell (due to hurricane winds, or just bad engineering) it was hurt a whole lot of people... And I don't know that I'd want to live in a dome...
