These Mitsubishi Electric elevators have recently been installed in Japan and represent the world's largest electric people-movers. Admittedly, I've never been a big fan of elevators. They're tiny, and during peak business hours you're waiting forever just to fit on one. However, I may soon be changing my opinion due to this design.
These bad boys can hold up to 80 people and their size is incredible. Basically, you can do somersaults while inside--however, I advise no one to actually try it. Our only hope is that these Mitsubishi Electric elevators were securely installed.
