The new Francois Nars book, published by Chandelier Creative, celebrates his eponymous beauty brand Nars’ 15th anniversary and features some very interesting photos.

According to WWD.com, like Nars’ earlier book ‘X-Ray,’ the portraits in the new Francois Nars’ book are “intended to transform their subjects into new personas—but the twist this time is that there are two inspirations for each shot, an iconic image, person or emotion and a classic Nars product.”

Which is why you’ll see celebrities like Marc Jacobs donning tomato red lipstick and nail polish. Other high-profile people included in the Francois Nars book are Isabella Rossellini, Amber Valletta, Dayle Haddon, Naomi Campbell, Amanda Lepore, and Daphne Guinness.
