Canadian Culinary Boycotts

PETA Speaks Out Against Maple Syrup to Save Seals

Animal rights organization PETA is taking a stand against the Canadian government. Apparently the activism organization feels the government is not doing enough to stop seal clubbing.

In response, PETA is calling for a boycott of Canadian maple syrup, which they claim is essential to the Canadian economy.

The video above shows footage of a nude PETA protest in response to a separate issue.
