It was just a matter of time before online stores would go offline. One of the advantages of the internet is the ability to create a virtual online brand and not only sell thousands of products, but also to help build a loyal client base.

@Cosme, a Japanese online cosmetics store, began as an Amazon-like e-commerce site and ranked as the favorite compared to all other major Japanese cosmetic products. With cosmetics selling like hotcakes, the company launched its first brick-and-mortar store, while still maintaining the same user-ranking practices you would find on amazon.com or ebay.
