An Ethiopian refugee living in Chicago has been arrested after a letter stained with HIV-contaminated blood was sent to President Obama. Saad Hussein, a HIV infected man in his late twenties has been accused of sending blood stained letters addressed to Predisent Obama. The letters were sent to the Illinois government offices days before Obama’s inauguration.
Mr. Hussein, an admirer of Obama, told FBI agents that he was seeking help from the government. The U.S. Postal Service is stressing the message, “To me the U.S. Postal Service is the most secure form of communication in the world. In no way are we seeing a trend.”
