What would you capture if you had to take a snapshot of your life every day at the same time for a year? That's exactly what six artists set out to discover with the launch of the Sametime715 project.
Every day at 7:15, Michael Lease, Kate MacDonnell, Bryan Martin, Jesse Sommerlatt, Brad Walker, and Soung Wiser captured that moment of their lives in photographs and words. From mundane showers and evenings in front of the television to naps and yoga class, the viewer is reminded that life isn't always as interesting as reality shows would have you believe.
There are some breakthroughs, however. Michael Lease's father begins to play the piano on December 22nd, breaking a hiatus that lasted over a decade. During these moments, we're reminded of the complex emotions that shape our actions.
