Kitchen Sponge Gowns

10 Dresses Made of Random Objects

— October 11, 2008 — Art & Design
These amazing dresses are from installation and performance artist Robin Barcus Slonia. The dress that is made from over 2,000 casino chips is part of an installation called 'States of Dresses,' while the 'Dollar Store Dresses' exhibit features a wedding gown made from whiffle balls and a dress made out of kitchen sponges.

While I'm not crazy about the men's silver shorts, I do love the feather duster dress.
