Ben & Jerry's New Margarita Ice Cream Infuses Boozey Flavors
Megan Facciuolo — June 5, 2014 — Lifestyle
Ben & Jerry’s latest limited-edition batch is essentially margarita ice cream. Though it won't actually get you buzzing, it does include the iconic Mexican drink's flavorings.
The popular ice cream brand's new flavor is expected to taste similar to its previously released Key Lime flavor, but with a more boozey taste. Titled 'Margarita Pie,' the ice cream will feature lime ice cream with swirls of tequila marshmallows and chunks of shortbread crust.
The amazing mexican cocktail ice cream is making its debut at the Chipotle Cultivate Festival in San Francisco this weekend and free samples will be offered to the first 1,000 people at the Ben & Jerry's tent. Hopefully it is well-liked so that the company will make it available to the rest of the world. The ice cream would be the perfect summer treat for margarita lovers, ice cream enthusiasts and key-lime lovers alike.
