Pratt Institute's Graduation Work Appears to Float in Mid-Air

For the graduating class of Pratt Institute in the Architecture and Urban Design program, each individual had their work displayed in a unique fashion. Instead of simply creating a regular design hall for the showcase, their work was shown in a way that captivated visitors from the very beginning.
"Behaving as both structural support and also a cloud-like filter, the underside of each base was created with cardboard tubes that guide visitors to specific locations where they can look into the interior," states DesignBoom. Due to this design, once people are inside they are then able to view the work from students in the 2013 program, as well as those in the 2014 program.
This piece demonstrates the ability for the Pratt Institute to deliver when it comes to producing students with creative capabilities.
