Now that the warmer spring weather is around the corner, more spring birds are in sight -- but in this case, on television. The new reality TV show 'Piip-Show' is a live broadcast that follows the life of wild birds in Oslo, Norway.
It's filmed at a cafe-themed bird feeder where they all meet to socialize at various times throughout the day. The show was conceived by freelance photographer Magne Klann, who also built the feeder set.
The project broadcasts live on the Norwegian broadcasting network, NRK.no. It is the first bird reality TV show that anyone is aware of. In the cast is a nuthatch, a blue tit, a great tit, and a bullfinch. Like in any other reality show, it is said to have bickering, petty theft, fighting and romance.
