Making sure no creative work gets thrown out, even if the client isn’t feeling it, creative design agency Little did the visual field a favor by putting that work up for all to see. They started collecting internal pieces and projects rejected by clients to create Ephema, a platform and home for beautiful creative work.
“We love to let our creative energy run a little wild from time to time. Sometimes we keep these projects within our walls as collateral for our various events. It’s a shame to keep all this great creative work to ourselves,” says the team at Little.
Hopefully by airing out all their creative laundry via Ephema other agencies and design companies will follow suit by embracing employees oddities when it comes to design and the overall character of the agency.
