New York City-based artist Ece Ciftci makes humorous unconventional stories come to life with clay. Some people believe that all the stories worth telling have all ready been told, but these PlayDoh scenes beg to disagree.
Her project called ‘Desk Unexpected’ features weird characters in even weirder situations forcing us to say sentences we never thought we’d ever say like “The curious meatball dressed up as an asparagus to see what it’s like to be a side dish.” The artist is inspired by funny thoughts and random sentences, and the resulting fanciful scenarios are quirky and out-of-the-box.
