These Gerald Green highlights show the highflying NBA player in an outstanding performance recently against the Oklahoma City Thunder; it was such a great performance that it was as if he was in a video game. The Phoenix Suns media team decided to remix some of the nights best shots from Green in a 90s Nintendo themed video.
Classic Nintendo graphics are used to turn back the clock and show off Green’s amazing performance. An almost robotic voice screams the sayings “from downtown!” and “heating up.” Last, but not least, his massive dunk is remixed to appear as if he flies 20-feet above the net (not that far of a stretch considering his freakish talent but still very cool).
It wouldn’t surprise me to see this theme catch on as it brings back nostalgia from the 90s and also makes a pretty awesome highlight video.
