The real tooth fairy would be in a lot of trouble after getting served this affidavit. It looks like the tooth fairy has been holding out on a little girl and her parents don't like it.
Comedian Emily McWinters shares a very real and legally binding document directed to the tooth fairy for not delivering the money for a lost tooth. McWinters' parents who are both lawyers wrote up the affidavit and also got it notarized.
According to the papers the tooth has been lost and even aftr checking the affected's 'bowl of alpha bit cereal' amongst other places they cannot find the tooth. That means that she must have taken the tooth and not paid for it. Well luckily for her in America she still has a chance because she's technically innocent until proven guilty.
