The Skoda Ago EXPO Taxi is a conceptual cab designed for the not-so-distant future. Designers Maxim Shershnev and Tigran Lalayan cooked up this vehicle for Skoda, a Czech automaker that is under the Volkswagen Umbrella. The Ago EXPO Taxi is powered by electricity and can seat three people in a one-two configuration (a single seat up front and two in the back).
Americans may scoff at the idea of an electric taxi that can only seat two, but this Skoda concept would be perfect for Europe. Many of Europe's biggest cities contain incredibly small and narrow streets, and parking can be hard to come by, if it's available at all. A small taxi that can squeeze in between alleyways and that doesn't pollute the environment is something a city like Paris would go for. That being said, the Skoda Ago EXPO Taxi is living life as a concept car...for now!
