The James Street residence, designed by Coco Republic Property Styling, is a neutral palette home. The designers wanted to create a warm tone, and using shades of gray and brown helped them achieve their goal.
The elegant interior is organized like a mix of home and waiting room. A couch sits across from two tan brown chairs with a fabric-covered table in between. Beside this seating area is a pathway that leads outdoors and across from this pathway is a desk. This design is very much like what you would see near a receptionist desk in a waiting room. This creative decision gives the room a very tidy and quiet feel.
Gray walls are always a brilliant choice. They complement any home decor and give the room a contemporary appearance. This neutral palette home looks spacious and modern with signature pieces that tie the home together.
