The long planks of dark marbled wood have a deep richness to them, and work laid flat against the background but are much more dramatic with the flourish afforded to them when the ends are curled up. A natural occurrence with slabs of wood, the curvature adds a dimensional aspect to the font, with an elegant texture that can be appreciated from all different angles.
