The Elroy Bluetooth Earbuds Can Connect Up to Seven Devices at Once

It's pretty interesting that despite all the advancements in technology, most people are still tethered to their phones and mp3 players by wires; the Elroy Bluetooth earbuds aim to change all that.
The Kickstarter project does away with the bottom two thirds of the standard cord for headphones and replaces it with a Bluetooth receiver that can be clipped onto clothing. The Elroy Bluetooth earbuds set themselves apart from other units on the market but allowing up to seven devices to be paired with the headphones at a time. Also, the Elroy features magnetic docking points that can intelligently figure out what the user wants to do. For example, removing one earbud will automatically answer a phone call.
Despite how archaic wires may seem these days, I'm glad the Elroy Bluetooth earbuds use a short wire to the unit instead of being entirely wireless. Can you imagine how easy it would be to lose an earbud with no wire attached to it?
