This parkour compilation comes from a British gymnast/parkour runner who now lives in Florida.
Parkour is a form of street acrobatics that combines free running with flips, jumps and other incredibly difficult physical feats. This parkour compilation is complimented beautifully by dubstep music which gives it a great pace and energy.
When people practice parkour running, they are basically attempting to move themselves from one place to another while negotiating the physical challenges before them. A parkour runner would not run around a wall, he or she would most likely scale the wall and jump over it. Similarly, a parkour runner would not stop moving as he approached a jungle gym and use his hands and feet to propel him through the bars and other equipment.
