Missing Children Europe and Child Find have come together to create the NotFound Project, a creative new venture that will help to find missing children quickly. You know those annoying web pages that simply tell you that the page you are looking for cannot be found? Well, the NotFound Project turns these pages into alerts that inform people about children that have gone missing.
The children that are featured in the alerts are rotated so that there is a different child each time an error page is reached. Unfortunately, the project currently only posts alerts on missing children from the EU, but it is obvious that the idea can easily be translated to a world wide service.
