Any person who deliberately goes out and gets an Apple logo tattoo is really taking their tech devotion to a new cult-like extreme.
According to a BBC documentary series that cites neurological research, for some people, the Apple brand triggers a reaction in the brain that's very similar to the reaction experienced by religious devotees. After neuroscientists conducted a magnetic resonance imaging test on a select group of Apple fanatics, it was discovered that, when viewing images of Apple products, the parts of their brain that lit up were the same parts that lit up in the brains of religious people when viewing images of a respective deity.
It's no wonder so many people have felt the urge to get an Apple logo tattoo because, in essence, many people have actually become religiously devoted to the brand.
